This is mostly wetland and prairie (700 acres), but there is always something going on out here of interest. Easy hiking and vast beautiful views and bird watching can be enjoyed from any spot, especially out on the dike that separates the two lakes. Trails really aren't needed because the undergrowth is mostly just tall grass.
